Scott was born in Dayton, OH. Scott began his apprenticeship with his father’s roofing company and siding company at the age of 14. Applying what his father taught him, he quickly fell in love with the trade. In 1999, Scott opened Scott Bauer Roofing and Siding in Kettering, OH. Scott dedicates his success in this business to his father because he taught him everything about hard work, roofing, siding, and making his customers happy.
Scott, now in his 60s is still passionate about his work. His sons Branden and Brent, who were so inspired by their father’s work, are now taking on the same roles. The goal is for all 3 of them to continue to work together and excel in making their customers happy and keeping the Bauer name great in the Dayton area!
