Add Health: Stretch breaks + More is a wellness coaching team that serves the Bay Area in California. Our team includes a health trainer, nutritionist, and a personal coach. We specialize in wellness events for both employers and employees. We put our customers first by offering online exercises that are suitable for today's workplace. This ensures that they don't miss any classes because of heavy traffic or other family responsibilities like picking up their child from school. Since most people don't move around while working and others feel overwhelmed with work, online exercises have to take place during work hours. You and your team will remain productive throughout the working day through our group stretch breaks with our punctual, personable, and certified coaches.
